Keeping industry under control

User Requirement Specification *

A User Requirement Specification is normally a document compiled by the user in which he or she defines clearly and accurately just what the system is expected to do and identifies and lists any related aspects and/or restrictions. The specification is then passed to prospective suppliers, who then use it as a basis for preparing their tenders.
