Quality Assurance *

Quality assurance is the planned and systematic pattern of all actions necessary to establish adequate confidence that the product or service conforms to established technical requirements. This means ensuring that adequate quality control methods are in place and effective during the lifecycle, to ensure that the user's requirements are fully satisfied.
